quality control

A true quality control program begins prior to construction and does not complete until a thorough assessment of the performance of the team has been developed along with a plan for improvement. As a result, the implementation of an effective quality control program is more than a checklist or a punchlist. An effective program focuses on :

  1. establishing the expectations for quality;

  2. communicating the expectations for quality;

  3. monitoring the quality and instituting corrective action when necessary; and finally,

  4. evaluating the expectations for quality once complete.

We will employ several tools to assist in each of these processes.
